Because some pieces are limited, small-batch, or individually sourced, slight variations may occur.

An item being listed on the website does not guarantee availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you with next steps, which may include a replacement option, store credit, or refund.
Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that all billing, shipping, and contact information provided is accurate and complete.
Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in product information.
Shipping
We currently ship orders based on the shipping options available at checkout.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other factors outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped and tracking has been provided, Rise + Rebel is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If you believe your package is lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number. You may also contact us and we will do our best to assist.
International Shipping
International shipping may be available by request or through the options shown at checkout.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, import charges, or additional fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.
Rise + Rebel is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
Because many of our pieces are limited, small-batch, or one of a kind, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only.
Returns for exchange or store credit must be requested within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of fragrance or damage, and returned with original tags or packaging when applicable.
All earrings, final sale items, discounted items, event purchases, and gift cards are final sale.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can review the issue and make it right.
Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. This includes earrings, sale items, discounted items, gift cards, event purchases, and any item clearly marked final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.

All content on this website, including brand names, logos, product names, photography, copy, graphics, designs, and other materials, belongs to Rise + Rebel unless otherwise stated.
