REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping Rise + Rebel. Because many of our pieces are limited, small-batch, or one of a kind, we currently offer exchanges or store credit only.

Returns for exchange or store credit must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of fragrance or damage, and returned with any original tags or packaging when applicable.

All earrings, final sale items, discounted items, event purchases, and gift cards are final sale.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Once your return is received and approved, we will issue store credit or process the exchange.
